General Salon Policies
Each team member of THE Nail Salon & Spa works as an independent owner.
Each member has their own price list, accepted payment and policies.
The following is a general list of policies for the salon. Individual service providers' policies may vary.
Cancellations
We reserve your appointment especially for you; therefore, we respectfully request that you allow a 24 hour notice for cancelations, alterations or rescheduling of your appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $25 fee.
If you are 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled service, your treatment may be abbreviated or rescheduled. However the full fee of the treatment scheduled will be due at the time of service.
Payments
Payments are due at the time of service.
Each service provider has their own payment policy.
Children
Please make child care arrangements, unless they are receiving services.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for others relaxation time:)
Cell Phones
To maintain a peaceful & relaxing visit for our guests, we ask that you place your cell phone ringer on "vibrate" or "silent"
while receiving your treatment.
Inclement Weather
In case of inclement weather, we will follow the Henderson County School schedule. If they are on delay or closed, we may need to reschedule your appointment time. If you feel the roads in your area are too dangerous for your driving comfort, please give us as much notice as possible. We will do the same for you.
Pets
The North Carolina State Board of Cosmetic Arts has specific rules and regulations stating that animals are not permitted in a cosmetic art shop or school. However, we welcome any Registered Service Dog to assist our clients with disabilities.
